Today, Im only 1 week post op but I have to begin with the exceptional, professional and friendly staff I started seeing the Summer of 2023. I researched Dr. Heidenberg’s work, office and reviews. My first visit he was professional, honest and didn’t try to upsale or take advantage of me to get a sell. I took my time with my desicion. Mrs. Hall explained all my options with no pressure. Yaime and other nurses informed me of everything, and left nothing for me to question. The day before my lipo the anesthesiologist made sure I had what I needed. The day of, everyone was on point, made me feel at ease and made me nice and comfy AND WARM. I was never afraid and thats not me! The plush blankets and heated operating table was enough to make me want to stay. I can already tell a difference through the normal swelling and Im excited to see my final results. My pain is minimal which is surprising because I have a zero pain tolerance. Thank you to the whole staff from checkin to scheduling, operation and everyone in front and behind the scene. No regrets!! Awesome team 👍🏾👍🏾
