3. Description of Services
Plano Plastic Surgery provides information, consultations, appointment scheduling, patient communications, and professional plastic surgery and related medical services.
Information presented on our website may describe surgical procedures, nonsurgical treatments, recovery considerations, anticipated outcomes, and other healthcare-related subjects. The availability, suitability, risks, benefits, and expected results of any treatment depend on the individual patient and must be evaluated by a qualified medical professional.
Submitting an inquiry, completing an online form, communicating with our office, or scheduling a consultation does not guarantee that you are eligible for a particular procedure or that Plano Plastic Surgery will accept you as a patient.
Separate patient agreements, financial policies, informed-consent documents, and clinical forms may apply to consultations, procedures, and other medical services. If those documents conflict with these Terms & Conditions regarding medical care or payment obligations, the more specific patient document will control.

The content on our website is provided for general educational and informational purposes only. It is not intended to replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
You should not rely on website content, emails, text messages, automated communications, or social media content as a substitute for an examination or consultation with a qualified healthcare professional.
Do not use our website, online forms, email, or text messaging for medical emergencies. If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or seek immediate emergency medical attention.
5. Communications and GoHighLevel

We may restrict or terminate access when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.
9. Appointments, Cancellations, and Scheduling
Appointment availability is not guaranteed. Appointment requests submitted through our website are not confirmed until you receive confirmation from Plano Plastic Surgery.
You agree to provide accurate scheduling and contact information and to follow the cancellation, rescheduling, deposit, and no-show policies communicated to you by our office.
We may reschedule or cancel an appointment when necessary due to provider availability, emergencies, safety concerns, incomplete documentation, unpaid amounts, or other operational circumstances.
10. Payments and Billing
You agree to pay all charges associated with consultations, procedures, products, and services that you authorize.
Pricing displayed online or discussed generally is not a binding treatment quote unless confirmed in writing by Plano Plastic Surgery. Final pricing may depend on the procedure, treatment plan, facility requirements, anesthesia, medical evaluation, and other patient-specific considerations.
Deposits, payment schedules, refunds, financing arrangements, cancellation fees, and rescheduling fees may be governed by separate written financial policies provided before treatment.

You represent that you are authorized to use any payment method you provide.
11. Treatment Results
Medical and cosmetic outcomes vary from patient to patient. Photographs, testimonials, case studies, reviews, estimated recovery periods, and descriptions of potential results are illustrative and do not guarantee that you will experience the same outcome.
No surgical or nonsurgical procedure is without risk. The specific risks, benefits, alternatives, expected recovery, and limitations of a proposed treatment will be discussed through the applicable consultation and informed-consent process.
12. Intellectual Property
The website and its content, including text, graphics, photographs, videos, logos, designs, page layouts, trademarks, service marks, downloadable materials, and other content, are owned by or licensed to Plano Plastic Surgery and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may view and use the website for personal, noncommercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, sell, license, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission.
Plano Plastic Surgery and associated names, logos, and branding may not be used without authorization.
13. Patient Photographs and Testimonials
Patient photographs, testimonials, reviews, and case examples will be used only with the permissions and authorizations required for their intended use.
You may not copy, redistribute, manipulate, or use patient images or testimonials from our website for commercial, misleading, defamatory, or unauthorized purposes.
Individual results vary, and testimonials reflect the experiences of the individuals who provided them.
14. Third-Party Services and Links
Our website and communications may contain links to or integrations with third-party services, including GoHighLevel, Google Analytics, appointment-booking systems, payment processors, financing providers, mapping services, social media platforms, and other technology providers.
These third parties operate under their own terms and privacy practices. Plano Plastic Surgery does not control and is not responsible for the availability, security, accuracy, content, or practices of third-party services.
The inclusion of a third-party link does not necessarily constitute an endorsement.
15. Privacy and Data Practices
Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information.
By providing information through our website, appointment forms, telephone calls, emails, or text messages, you acknowledge that your information may be processed through GoHighLevel and other service providers that support our business operations and communications.
Where protected health information is involved, additional privacy notices, patient authorizations, or legal protections may apply.
16. Electronic Communications
By submitting a form, creating an appointment request, emailing us, or otherwise communicating electronically, you consent to receive responsive communications electronically.
You agree that electronic communications, notices, disclosures, and records may satisfy legal requirements that such communications be in writing, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Your consent to general electronic communications does not eliminate any separate consent requirement that applies to marketing text messages or automated communications.
17. Website Availability and Security
We make reasonable efforts to maintain the availability and security of our website, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
The website may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, system failures, service-provider interruptions, cybersecurity events, updates, or circumstances outside our control.
You are responsible for using reasonable security measures when accessing the website and for protecting your own devices, accounts, and internet connection.
18. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Plano Plastic Surgery disclaims all warranties not expressly stated in writing, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, noninfringement, accuracy, availability, and uninterrupted operation.

- Any treatment will produce a particular result.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Plano Plastic Surgery and its owners, physicians, providers, employees, contractors, representatives, affiliates, and vendors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to:

- Delayed, failed, or misdirected communications;
- Unauthorized access to information caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control;

These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory asserted and even when the possibility of damages was known.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability arising from professional medical services where such a limitation is prohibited by law.
20. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Plano Plastic Surgery and its owners, physicians, providers, employees, contractors, representatives, and affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and reasonable legal fees arising from:
- Your unlawful or unauthorized use of the website;
- Your violation of these Terms & Conditions;
- Information you submit that is false, misleading, infringing, or unauthorized;
- Your violation of another person’s rights; or
- Your misuse of our communication systems or intellectual property.
This provision does not require you to indemnify Plano Plastic Surgery for conduct for which indemnification is prohibited by applicable law.
21. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to our website, online tools, or nonessential communications if:
- You violate these Terms & Conditions;
- You use our systems unlawfully or abusively;
- Your actions threaten the security or operation of our systems;
- We suspect fraud, misrepresentation, or unauthorized activity; or
- Suspension is reasonably necessary to protect patients, personnel, providers, or third parties.
You may discontinue use of our website at any time. You may separately opt out of SMS messages by following the instructions in the SMS Messaging Terms.
Termination of website access does not cancel payment obligations or other responsibilities arising before termination.
22. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
To the extent permitted by law, any dispute arising from the website or these Terms & Conditions must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Collin County, Texas.
This section does not modify any separate dispute-resolution provision contained in a patient agreement, financial agreement, or informed-consent document.
